I Segretari nazionali hanno eletto il nuovo board per l'Europa.

European Secretary: Zbignew Rackocy (POL)

Vice European Secretary: Martin Bermudez (Spain)

North European Secretary: Jorn Haga (NOR)

East European Secretary: Rafal Zakszewski (POL)

Stefano Longhi, Segretario europeo negli ultimi quattro anni, congratulandosi con i membri del nuovo Board, ha voluto ringraziare tutti i Segretari nazionali, il Commodoro, il Board, tutti gli snipisti e specialmente Jerelyn Biehl, per l'aiuto che ha avuto in questi anni di lavoro.
